Migrating terabytes of legacy on-premises SharePoint data to Microsoft 365 requires methodical planning, automated discovery, and zero-downtime cutovers. Here is our 5-phase migration framework.

Phase 1 & 2: Assessment & Remediation

Perform comprehensive farm inventory audits to identify custom server-side solutions (WSPs), unsupported InfoPath forms, workflows, and URL paths exceeding 400 characters. Normalize file paths and resolve orphaned user SIDs prior to data transfer.
