1. Scope of Enterprise Advisory Services
Rohit Kumar provides senior-level Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform architectural advisory, migration execution, custom SPFx development, and tenant governance audits. All engagements are executed under formal Statements of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
Every consulting discovery session, tenant health check, and production architecture review is safeguarded by strict bilateral confidentiality obligations. Client proprietary data, tenant metadata, security policies, and architectural schematics remain the sole property of the client and are never shared or repurposed.
3. Tenant Access & Least-Privilege Governance
Tenant administration is conducted exclusively through customer-provisioned guest accounts or dedicated Privileged Identity Management (PIM) identities adhering to zero-trust principles. All sessions enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access compliance.
4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Upon receipt of payment, all custom scripts, SPFx solutions, Power Automate flows, and documentation authored specifically for the client become the client's exclusive intellectual property.
5. Data Privacy & Compliance Alignment
